The team came on on schedule and did a thorough job, left the site clean and it was all reasonably priced.

Justin and crew were prompt, professional and communicated clearly throughout the demo and installation processes. The work was done beautifully and efficiently and our interactions with everyone at Basement Improvements were positive, from the initial inspection through completion of the project. We couldn't be happier with our basement updates and the sense of well-being they provide.

The crew arrived, introduced themselves and set to work. They executed the plan, cleaned up any mess and let me know when they completed it. Walked me thru their work then left for the day. They were respectful and friendly.
